Fill Word Docs With Predefined Text

If you want to fill pages wit some text to test something like printing, but don't want to spent time pasting text over and over .........

* Type in =rand(x,y)

* Press <Enter>

Where x = No. of paragraphs
y = No. of sentences per paragraph

* The text that is displayed is " The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog "
