Cool tricks in MS Word (Part - 1)

Want a quick way to copy text or graphics in Word ???

* Select the text or graphics that you want to copy.

* Press and Hold down <CTRL>

* Using Mouse drag the item to the desired location.

* A copy of the item is made.


Quick tip to change the font size in MSWord...

* Highlight the text you want to change

* <CTRL>+<SHIFT> + > -- To increase the size

* <CTRL>+<SHIFT>+ < -- To decrease the size


Change Case of Text

* Select the text you want to change

* Press < SHIFT > + F3.

* Each time you press F3 the text switches between uppercase and lowercase.


Cycle Through All Open Word Documents

* Press <CTRL> + F6 + F6 + F6....

* It also works for Photoshop and other applications.


Insert Current Date And Time

* Place the cursor where you want to insert the date and time

* Press <ALT>+<SHIFT>+ D -- To insert date

* Press <ALT>+<SHIFT>+ T -- To insert time


Close All Word Docs Without Closing Word

* Press <SHIFT> and click File Menu ==> Select "Close All" to close all tabs.

* Press <SHIFT> and click File Menu ==> Select "Save All" to save all the docs.


Return To Last Working Place In Word Doc

* Press <SHIFT> + F5 + F5 + F5 ........ to jump to last working place.
